IPANEMA LUXURY PENTHOUSE with MAID


The Ipanema Penthouse is located in the most famous and trendy area of Rio de Janeiro. It has a beautiful view of the Lake, Christ the Redeemer, Pedra da Gavea, and the 2 Irmãos mountains. The luxury penthouse includes 4 hours daily of house maid assistance from Monday to Friday. Patricia will be available for cleaning and preparing a complete homemade breakfast!


The main first floor boasts a comfortable and large resting room and dining room. The space was decorated by many renowned designers including Vladirmi Kagan. There are blowing technic crystal art pieces designed by Elvira Schuartz. A rare Brazilian wood signed by Leo Bueno / Maison Objet. Brazilian paintings and wall sculptures give this space a unique and exclusive atmosphere. Both the first and second floors are air-conditioned. 



You will find an astonishing lighting sculpture made with crystal quartz and citrine precious raw stones designed by Renat Andreu on the second floor. The second-floor bedroom includes a queen bed, a walk-in closet, and a fully loaded entertainment system.  


A spiral staircase leads you to the third floor. You will be wowed by an astonishing 180 degrees view of Rio de Janeiro. This is the perfect place for dinner while taking in one of the most beautiful sunsets in the world.

  • Location: The Airbnb is nestled in a very quiet area of Ipanema. There are many eateries and bars within walking distance. The beautiful Ipanema beach is a short walk away.
  • Security: This luxury penthouse is located in one of the safest neighborhoods in Rio de Janerio. There is a security base located next to the building. The building also features a 24-hour doorman for added safety. The room does not include a safe, but there are lockable drawers in the walk-in closet. We were able to use them as a safe. Uber and food delivery was able to locate us with ease. You are unable to enter the building without a key or doorman entry. The room s secured with a digital code.
  • Amenities: I was very pleased with the entertainment options available on the television. We were able to easily navigate the TV to locate English entertainment. The pool was the star of the show. We visited in July; the pool was chilly at times. We had a chance to enjoy the pool on warm days. Patricia's breakfast included ham, fresh bread, amazing coffee, eggs, and jam. The view from the second and third floors are out of this world. The wifi worked decently, it was sufficient enough for basic surfing and video calls. The mini refrigerator placed on the second floor was very convenient. 
  • Cleanliness: While the Airbnb was clean, there were a few spaces that could use additional attention. 
  • Communication: Our check-in was seamless. The host remained in contact with us throughout the duration of our stay. Our flight home was canceled; we were able to extend our stay several days without issue.

Caye Caulker Vacation Rental with Pool I’ve had the opportunity to visit Belize several times. I usually get overwhelmed with picking a cay and end up reshuffling the deck. We snagged a free-ish flight to Belize and decided to go for it. We abandoned our plans the moment the ferry docked. We instantly fell i n love with Caye Caulker.
