Wake up to the magnificent panoramic view of the lagoon on the top floor, and rejuvenate your body with a morning dip in your infinity pool with a cup of coffee a/o Pina Colada. Take a 10 mins stroll to the famous Mullet Bay. On your way, grab a few freshly baked croissants by the Square.

After sunset, enjoy the plentiful neighborhood bars and restaurants.





The space

3rd floor with 2-balconies and private use of secluded terrace roof with infinity pool and panoramic view. Fully equipped kitchen and small dining table, 58" TV with Netflix, WIFI. A sofa bed, along with a queen-size bed and a work desk. A spacious bathroom with 2-washbasins, a bidet, and two showers together with a sliding door balcony. The bubble bath is temporary out of service and functions only as a bath.






Other things to note

The main entrance is shared before you reach your floor and studio, the Jacuzzi in the bathroom is out of service, one window shutter in the apartment does not currently roll up.
There are two dogs on premise separate from your own, who can bark when you enter/exit the place.
The hosts are fully vaccinated from Covid.
If there are no guests before you or after, the check-in and check-out windows are flexible during the whole day.





Is it Wandergirl approved?


Location: This Airbnb is close to Mullet Bay Beach & Maho Beach. You can reach both within 10 minutes. This location is very close to a variety of stores and eateries, many within walking distance. 

The Maho "strip" is within 5-minutes. It includes lounges, restaurants, casinos, shopping, and adult entertainment. 

We reached the French side, Grand Case Beach & Baie Rouge, within 25 minutes. 

Security: We felt extremely safe at this location. We were issued keys to lock the main entrance to the building. The area is an upscale area. The owner has two dogs that barked whenever we entered or exited. The barking was not continuous and did not bother us at all. The parking lot is near the entrance of the Airbnb. 

Amenities: The views from the balconies and rooftops are stunning. The WIFI worked perfectly during our entire stay. The complimentary shampoo, insect repellant, sunscreen, and shower gel were much appreciated. The kitchen was fully stocked with a full-size refrigerator. We stayed a total of 5-days; the extra bath & beach towels were a perfect touch. Shopping bags were made available as well. 

Cleanliness: The Airbnb was extremely clean. 

Communication: Martin was a joy to work with. Our check-in went smoothly. He provided a very detailed tour of Airbnb and gave local recommendations.

Caye Caulker Vacation Rental with Pool I’ve had the opportunity to visit Belize several times. I usually get overwhelmed with picking a cay and end up reshuffling the deck. We snagged a free-ish flight to Belize and decided to go for it. We abandoned our plans the moment the ferry docked. We instantly fell i n love with Caye Caulker. We spent our long weekend exploring and getting some much-needed R&R. This vacation rental quickly became our second home. The rental was immaculate!
