One of the finest beach properties in Kenya, Tequila Sunrise boasts 4 acres of natural forested habitat, acting as a haven for Colobus, Sykes & Vervet Monkeys. 



The Space

The property consists of a beachfront villa and three apartments to the side, therefore being able to cater to groups of up to 20 people if booked together. However, the apartments are also perfect for smaller family groups. 
All units are as close to the beach as you can be, but also offer privacy from each other.

Other things to note: BEWARE OF THE MONKEYS 🐒

We were visited by a variety of monkeys daily. They are fairly harmless (keep valuables out of their reach). The host ask that you do not engage with the monkeys. It also very important that you keep your door locked, they can and will open unlocked doors 🤯.



Is it Wandergirl Approved?

Location: This Airbnb is located near several restaurants and stores. There are taxis and tuk-tuks available near the end of the road leading to the Airbnb

Security: We felt completely safe. There is Masai security on property and at the entrance. There is also a panic button located inside the room for additional safety. 

Amenities: The Airbnb was stocked with everything from plates to citronella candles. The WIFI worked perfectly our entire visit. We used the laundry service for a small fee, the staff did an excellent job. We returned to our clothes washed and folded in the room. There is a chef available to prepare meals for a fee. While we did not use this service, the food smelled delicious 😋.

Cleanliness: In addition to our Airbnb being spotless upon entry, we also received daily servicing. This a is a huge plus seeing many hosts do not offer additional cleanings. 

Communication: Barry was a joy to work with. Our check-in was flawless. He also provided lovely recommendations for a taxi service, restaurants, and things to do. 

Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Caye Caulker Vacation Rental with Pool I’ve had the opportunity to visit Belize several times. I usually get overwhelmed with picking a cay and end up reshuffling the deck. We snagged a free-ish flight to Belize and decided to go for it. We abandoned our plans the moment the ferry docked. We instantly fell i n love with Caye Caulker. We spent our long weekend exploring and getting some much-needed R&R. This vacation rental quickly became our second home. The rental was immaculate!
